01 // Client Goal & Objective

Fix Wi-Fi dead zones on the second floor and extend high-speed streaming coverage to the backyard pool and outdoor dining area.

02 // Onsite Inspection Findings

ISP wireless gateway in the utility closet was blocked by concrete walls and HVAC ductwork.
Existing wireless extenders were cutting bandwidth in half and causing dropped calls during roaming.
No Ethernet wiring to second-floor home office or outdoor patio.

03 // Engineering Scope of Work

RF spectrum and coverage survey across 14 interior rooms and outdoor perimeter.
Concealed Cat6a wiring run through attic chases to feed hardwired access points.
Installation of 3 ceiling-mount Wi-Fi 6E access points and 1 outdoor IP67 weatherproof AP.

04 // Solution & Execution

We bypassed the ISP Wi-Fi and built a dedicated hardwired UniFi backbone. Access points were mounted unobtrusively on ceilings with LED status indicators dimmed for residential comfort. Outdoor coverage was tuned for seamless roaming from inside to the pool area.

05 // Testing Protocol & Measured Outcome

Verification Procedure

Performed multi-room throughput tests verifying 500+ Mbps wireless speeds in bedrooms, office, and patio. Tested seamless VoIP handover while walking between floors.

Verified Result

100% property Wi-Fi coverage with zero dead zones or buffering during 4K streaming.
